Terms and conditions

This document describes the terms, conditions, and privacy policies applicable to the use of the services offered by FLOR AMAZONA on the website www.floramazona.com and other related domains.

Any person who registers on www.floramazona.com or wishes to use the services offered has the full right to do so, provided they comply with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies set forth in this document. These Terms and Conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from this document shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in accordance with Colombian law, with FLOR AMAZONA and the customer expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

It is essential that the user READ, UNDERSTAND, and ACCEPT all the conditions established before registering as a user or purchasing products or services through www.floramazona.com. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies, and therefore the user agrees to comply with all provisions set forth herein and may not claim ignorance of them.

SECTION 1 – REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE SITE
To become an authorized user of www.floramazona.com, make purchases, and access promotions, it is necessary to complete the registration form in all its required fields with valid, accurate, precise, and truthful information. The user agrees to update their personal data whenever necessary. FLOR AMAZONA is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, with each user being responsible for the accuracy of the information entered.

Each natural or legal person may have only one account on the site. If data manipulation is detected for the purpose of accessing multiple accounts, or if fraudulent use is suspected, FLOR AMAZONA may cancel accumulated credits, disable the accounts, and initiate the corresponding legal actions.

FLOR AMAZONA may request additional information to verify the data entered and reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts whose owner does not confirm the required information. In such cases, any purchase made may be canceled, without the right to compensation.

Upon registration, the user will obtain an email address or username and a personal password, which will allow confidential and secure access to the site. The user is responsible for safeguarding their password and for all operations carried out from their account. Lending, assigning, or transferring passwords or accounts between users is strictly prohibited.

FLOR AMAZONA reserves the right to reject any registration request or cancel a previously accepted registration at any time, without obligation to state the reasons and without generating any right to compensation.

SECTION 2 – AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
FLOR AMAZONA may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect 10 days after their publication. Within the first 5 days following publication, the user must notify by email if they do not accept the new conditions; in that case, they will be disabled as a member. If, after that period, the user presents no objection, it will be understood that they accept the changes.

SECTION 3 – PAYMENT METHODS
The products and services offered on www.floramazona.com may be paid for only with the methods indicated in each case. The use of credit cards will be subject to the agreement with the issuing entity. FLOR AMAZONA may establish specific purchase conditions depending on the payment method used, as well as credit limits, which will be informed before starting the payment process.

Credits used by users will not be refundable in the event of product returns.

SECTION 4 – FORMATION OF CONSENT
Offers of goods and services made on www.floramazona.com may be accepted through the mechanisms provided on the site. The user’s acceptance will be subject to validation, which will include:

  • Confirming the validity of the payment method.

  • Verifying that the registered data match those of the transaction.

  • Confirming that the payment has been credited.

The user will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been validated. Consent will be deemed perfected upon the sending of such confirmation.

The sale and dispatch of products are subject to availability. If a product is not available, the customer will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded.

SECTION 5 – VALIDITY OF OFFERS AND PRICES
Offers will be valid until the date indicated or while supplies last. If no validity date is indicated, it will be understood that the offer applies while inventory lasts.

Prices published on www.floramazona.com are valid only for purchases made through the website. They do not apply to other sales channels. Prices are shown by default in U.S. dollars and converted to the user’s local currency.

Prices do not include shipping and handling fees or accessories not expressly described. In the event of a typographical error in prices, the customer will be notified prior to dispatch and the product will not be shipped until the correct amount is paid.

SECTION 6 – PROMOTIONS
Promotions published on the site will not be valid in other sales channels. When they consist of discounts or free products subject to the purchase of another product, both must be delivered at the same location.

Discount coupons will indicate the value, minimum purchase amount, and validity dates. They may be used by persons over 18 years old, are not combinable with other promotions, and may be used only once per customer. The maximum purchase amount with coupons is ten million pesos.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCT SHIPPING
Products purchased are subject to the shipping conditions chosen by the user. Once payment is approved and the order is dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the estimated delivery date.

If the order is not received at the indicated address, a second attempt will be made within the next three days. If it is again not received, the customer must request a new shipment and assume the cost. If not arranged within 5 days, the product will be deemed abandoned, without the right to compensation.

For cash-on-delivery orders, if the customer does not pay the full amount, it will be understood as a breach, and the cost of the return must be assumed.

Delivery to any person present at the address indicated by the customer is presumed authorized, releasing FLOR AMAZONA from subsequent claims.

SECTION 8 – PRODUCT WARRANTY
The warranty for manufacturing defects is six (6) months. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from use.

  • Damage due to improper use.

  • Loss or breakage of stones.

  • Damage from contact with sweat, chlorine, salt water, chemicals, makeup, perfumes, creams, hairspray, or heat.

  • Changes in the natural state of precious or semi-precious stones.

  • Wear of gold plating due to use or contact with products.

  • Loss of enamel on jewelry due to impacts or corrosive substances.

  • Deterioration of settings due to normal use or impacts.

  • Stretching of the weave in chains or bracelets.

Procedure: The customer must send the piece of jewelry together with the invoice to FLOR AMAZONA. The product will be evaluated in the workshop and a response will be provided within 5 business days (not including repair time).

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All content available on www.floramazona.com, including intellectual and industrial property rights, belongs exclusively to FLOR AMAZONA or to supplier companies. Reuse is prohibited without prior authorization.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
FLOR AMAZONA guarantees the originality and legality of the products offered. If any user believes that a product infringes intellectual property rights, they must notify contact@floramazona.com for review.

SECTION 11 – RESTRICTIONS
FLOR AMAZONA may restrict or temporarily suspend user accounts in order to perform maintenance or implement improvements on the site.

Any comment or concern regarding these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy must be communicated in writing to contact@floramazona.com.
