OUR PRODUCTS

FLOR AMAZONA jewelry is made up of Colombian inspired elements, stainless steel, semi-precious stones and glass beads and is either crafted, assembled or polished completely by hand. Please note that with some handcrafted products, it can be expected that there may be slight variations in size and aspect, which gives each piece its own special and unique charm.

YOUR ORDER

Before placing your order online, please be sure to review it and ensure that you have selected the right style and quantity. If you have a promotional code, please enter it at the checkout and click on the “Update” button to recalculate the product price.

SHIPPING POLICY

All FLORAMAZONA.com products are shipped worldwide using an international express courier. Shipping costs are calculated once you have added items to your cart and have selected your delivery location. Discounts on shipping costs can sometimes be offered as a promotional event; and in this case will be explicated on the FLOR AMAZONA website.

Free ground shipping is offered on all domestic orders in Colombia.

Orders placed to Europe, South America and the United States include a 15 euro rate shipping fee and for other international orders a 25 euro rate shipping fee is offered.

Most orders are ready for shipping within 48 hours of ordering; however some orders require additional time due to the handmade production process of some of our pieces or current level of stock. In this case, we will contact you immediately and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Orders shipped worldwide may be subject to the destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of orders, are not included in the quoted shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery if they occur. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring our customers receive a great shopping experiences. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return or exchange it within 7 days of your receipt. To be granted refund, the product must be unworn, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To return or exchange an item, please ship it directly to our studio with a copy of the receipt and with a clear indication of whether you would like to refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

In the event of exchanging a product during a promotional event offering free international shipping, the customer will pay for the re-shipping of the product.
